1-Year Warranty for LUMINOX4K™ HD Products

LUMINOX4K™ warrants to the original purchaser of its products (the "Product") that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, if the Product fails to function due to defects in materials or workmanship, LUMINOX4K™ will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, free of charge. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or any other causes beyond the control of LUMINOX4K™. Additionally, this warranty does not extend to any damage caused to devices connected to the Product.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact LUMINOX4K™ at support@luminox4k.com within the warranty period and provide valid proof of purchase. LUMINOX4K™ will provide instructions for returning the Product for repair or replacement.

THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. LUMINOX4K™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR DATA ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
